Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at the Audio4fun.com store. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions in the refund, return, customer care issues and technical support for the products. Your placement of an order at the Audio4fun.com store constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to your order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.
By making a purchase of any product at the Audio4fun.com store, you expressly acknowledge that:
Audio4fun.com store sells Audio4fun.com’s software products for end-user customers only.
Making unauthorized modifications to any Audio4fun.com's software products violates the software license agreement, and any resulting issues regarding the inability to use the software due to unauthorized software modifications are not covered under your product’s support services agreements.
You will receive full support services for your product within and for a certain period of time set as specified in the Support Services part of this policy.
VIP members will follow the terms & conditions in the VIP Member Policy.

Audio4fun.com store sells commercial software products to end user customers only. In case you want to purchase our software for resale, please subscribe to our Affiliate program or contact us regarding an OEM contract if appropriate.

Audio4fun.com store endeavors to offer you competitive prices on all current commercial product selections. Your total order price will include the price of the product, plus extra fees for all additional services you have chosen during the purchase process (backup/download service, backup CD, ect.).
Audio4fun.com reserves the right to change prices for any software products offered at the Audio4fun.com store at any time, and particularly to correct pricing errors that may appear on the store, without notice. We do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price drop/change or promotional offering.
Audio4fun.com is in partnership with Avangate in processing your orders, and will allow you to make your purchases using these five (5) payment methods which are accepted by Avangate system: Credit Card, PayPal, Bank/Wire Transfer, Check/Money Order ,or Fax - Credit card (see details).
Checkout with PayPal is now also an option for every buyer at Audio4fun.com store.
The entire process and requirements to process the order made by Avangate is subject to any requirements maintained and stipulated by Avangate Inc.

Audio4fun.com will send you a confirmation of your order via email to the email address included with your order. The order's ID number is the main information that presents the proof of the purchase of your product.
As soon as you finish your purchasing, an account with your information will be created in our Support Center to provide you with a place to access your product’s download link and license information. The confirmation email you receive from Audio4fun.com as the proof of purchase includes instructions to download the product within this account.
Your use of Audio4fun.com-branded software products is based on our End-User License Agreement and in the terms and conditions of the Policies in effect for the product at the time of purchase. You will be asked to agree to the terms of the applicable agreement at the time that you obtain or install the software product.
Please also understand that:
* Multi-license product: A product with a multi-license can be installed into more than one computer.
We offer discounts on multi-license products. Your total order price will include the price of the multi-license product plus extra fees for all additional services you have chosen during the purchase process (backup download service, backup CD, ect.), , minus a volume-based discount.
Audio4fun.com reserves the right to change the discounts for the multi-license products offered at the Audio4fun.com store at any time without notice. We do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a higher discount or promotional offering.
Discounts set for a multi-license product:
Add-on downloading is not a free support service for any product line/version/edition at the Audio4fun.com store, except as otherwise stated differently on the product's information page/order page/FAQs page for that product.
Audio4fun.com does not undertake the responsibility to make or update add-on packs available for all product lines, or product editions or versions. Add-on packs may be made available for the current, highest edition of a product line, but will not be made available for the lower editions, nor for older versions.
Please also understand that:
Purchasing an Audio4fun.com software product will provide you with a period of full support service including customer care services and technical support services. Please be aware, however, that the duration of this full support period is only applied to a product that is not refunded.
Audio4fun.com reserves the right to change the duration of the full support period and/or the service included in full support for any product purchased at the Audio4fun.com store at any time without notice. In case of a change of support time duration, the time left in the full support period for the purchased products will be applied according to the new policy. At the end of the full support period, you will need to apply for a support service renewal (the next part) for continuation of using any of our support services.
The duration of the full support period for each product (counted from the day of purchase): 12 months. During this time, we will provide customers with the services listed below::
(1) Software re-downloading at any time, and
(2) Software build updating of the product (new build update) upon availability, and
(3) Request for license resetting, and
(4) Receipt of any version upgrading of the product, if available within the covered support time, and
(5) Full technical support for the product.
Please refer to our Customer Care Policy for details on the services.
Notes:
Renewal of the full support time allows you to continue receiving our support services for all your purchased products but cost you much less than purchasing a new license for each product. Audio4fun.com reserves the right to change the application fee and/or the duration of the full support services and/or the support services available for a service renewal at any time without notice. In the case of a change of any kind, the new policy will supersede all previous versions of these terms and conditions. Audio4fun.com also reserves the right to remove the product you have purchased from the commercial product list at the Audio4fun.com store, and in that case support service renewal will not be applicable for that product.
